the hotel was modern! the lobby seemed like a showroom with high-tech features. the rooms included ipads that controlled lighting and tv. automated curtains.

the person i spoke with to check in gave me the wrong information on parking. i ended up paying over 100 dollars for parking, never able to use the garage. also, i had to pay for street parking for the entire trip!

the location is fantastic with many restaurants and shops nearby i found the staff very friendly and ready to help the rooms use space efficiently with a modern design the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent i appreciated the attention to detail. it was easy to walk to pike place market and the waterfront from here

I liked the quick check-in with self-serve kiosks. It saved time. Security felt solid! The location was excellent for accessing the waterfront. The proximity to Pike Marketplace, Amtral, and light rail was very convenient.

I found no on-site parking to be a considerable inconvenience. It complicated my arrival and departure, especially when carrying luggage, it was terrible!

The room offered modern cleanliness and incorporated smart digital setups. These setups included controls for lights and curtains controlled via a tablet. The bed was comfortable, it was a good touch.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, they seemed happy and approachable. Breakfast provided good value, though a bit more variety would improve it even more. The hotel also had a convenient bar.

excellent location

Self-serve kiosks made check-in and checkout simple. The location was excellent to the waterfront. It was also close to Pike Marketplace, Amtrak and light rail.

I had to download an app to control climate, lights and TV in the room. It was a tech turnoff.

The location was excellent. It was close to piers and T mobile arena.

The rooms are really small. I found it inaccurate when the hotel advertises it skimp on room size but they don't skimp on comfort. It was one of the least comfortable beds I have ever slept on. The bathroom has basically zero privacy.
